COVID-19 :

By Blue is still up and running business as usual. We are taking extra precautions while packaging your orders including stricter hygiene. Please be aware of this before purchasing as this could mean your delivery is a little longer. 

UK STANDARD DELIVERY

  • UK shipping is £2.99 on most items. 
  • Standard delivery is 2 - 4 working days for most items unless otherwise stated in the description.
  • Delivery may take longer for some items as indicated in the product description . Please be aware of this before buying. 
  • All items once ready are sent Royal Mail First Class signed for.
  • You will receive a dispatch email when your item has been shipped and after that your order will arrive within 1-2 days. 
  • Please note that delivery during Bank Holidays, Christmas and New Year may be slightly longer or delayed due to the volume of parcels and a delay with Royal Mail. 

 

UK NEXT DAY DELIVERY  

  • We offer next day delivery on some items .
  • This costs £8 to anywhere in the UK.
  • To purchase using next day delivery please email / message us so we can arrange it for you. 

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY 

  • Ireland £9.99  2-4 working days.
  • Rest of World £12.99  10-12 working days.
  • Shipping  may be longer during busy times.
  • We ship worldwide to the EU and other countries. 
  • Shipping prices are based on each individual item and pricing is stated at the checkout.

     

    MORE INFORMATION

    • Once your Order has been made and packaged it is shipped using First Class signed for via Royal Mail.
    • Please ensure your address is correct before ordering from Byblue as we have no control if the parcel is lost due to this. 
    • You will receive an email from us when your item has been dispatched and is on the way. 
    • Items are not tracked. Orders can be confirmed once signed for and received and we can check signatures.
    • Once an item has been shipped and Royal Mail have the item we are not responsible for the customer picking it up from Royal Mail if you are not available to sign for it.

     

    LOST ORDERS

    • Unfortunately we are not responsible for items that are lost in the post as we have no control over this after we have shipped.
    • Please be aware that all items are sent signed for and therefore require a signature. 
    • If you have not received your order after 7 days then please email us immediately and we will do everything we can to help.
